Music is there for you on your own, and with the people you love. Once it’s part of your life, it stays.
Lessons are where that starts. Every week, you sit down with a teacher who knows music deeply and gets to know you. Together you choose music you’ll enjoy, and your teacher shows you how to make it sound the way you want it to. You’ll make music from your very first lesson.
Every student is different, at any age. Some take lessons purely for fun. Some are working toward an audition, a competition or a college program. Some love performing at our recitals. Others would rather keep their music for themselves. Some are brand new, and some are coming back after years away.
Kids, teens and adults all study here, and your teacher builds lessons around you.

Paul and Jan Bartel, our founders, knew the impact that the arts can have on a child's life and wanted to expand access to those experiences to more children. If you are passionate about the arts, but the cost is keeping you from pursuing private lessons, we encourage you to apply. Scholarship applications open in the spring.
