This fun and  immersive four week program will introduce students to the fundamentals of hand‑building with clay. Each week focuses on a different technique, gradually building skills and confidence. Evening sessions add a creative twist with clay jewelry making, allowing participants to explore functional and decorative art.

  • Dates: Thursdays, April 23 - May 14 (4 weeks)

Week 1: Pinch Pots
Week 2: Coil Building
Week 3: Clay Jewelry
Week 4: Glazing & Final Projects
Take Home: Multiple finished glazed clay projects (pinch pots, wearable clay jewelry, and coil projects)
Skills & Knowledge Earned: Clay preparation and handling, shaping, smoothing/blending, decorative coil patterns, glazing, kiln firing preparation
