Originally from Northern Minnesota, Jordan arrived in Cincinnati by way of San Antonio Texas in 2012. She performs regularly in the Cincinnati jazz scene and has taught private piano lessons of all styles since 2006.

Jordan has a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where she was able to study with Dr. Jeanne Doty and Ryan Frane. In her undergrad years she was able to travel to perform in Italy, Brazil, Switzerland, and Germany; and take private coaching with guest artists thanks to the Head of the Lakes Jazz Festival. She then taught and performed in San Antonio TX, including original works projects of her own and other local artists. Jordan has a Master of Music degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music where she was able to collaborate with musicians of many styles, continue developing her compositions including a work performed in concert by the CCM Jazz Lab Band, presented a masters recital of all original works, and recorded & performed with the CCM Jazz Ensemble at Dizzy's Club, Lincoln Center in New York City.

Since completing her graduate studies Jordan has been an active and well-loved private piano teacher in the Cincinnati area of all ages and ability levels, serving the needs of many students' distinct musical goals. She has also been a standing host of jazz jam sessions in town and maintains a busy performance schedule that includes managing the musical calendar at Cincinnati's historic Netherland Plaza.
