Ages: 5+
Hayden La Velle is an insightful and imaginative french horn player in the Cincinnati area, and a recent graduate of the Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music, receiving his Master’s in Horn Performance in 2024. Mr. La Velle primarily studied with Dr. Margaret Tung, along with Molly Norcross and David Alexander of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. While there, Mr. La Velle performed in a large variety of ensembles, including principal horn in 3 major ensembles and in two woodwind quintets. Mr. La Velle also received his Bachelor's in Horn Performance from the University of Kentucky in 2022, studying with Dr. Tung and Ms. Norcross there as well.
He has performed with the Cave Run Symphony Orchestra (Morehead, KY) and the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra. In his free time, Mr. La Velle enjoys practicing for upcoming auditions, cooking, baking, making homemade jam, almost anything nerdy, and talking non-stop about his cat Regi.
