Cynthia Bailey - Drawing, Painting, & Digital Art

from $60.00

Private Art Lessons are one-on-one scheduled times for artists of any age to work under the guidance of a professional Artist or Art Instructor. The curriculum is discussed and agreed upon between the instructor and student, towards a common goal - whether that is learning a new technique, mastering a skill, getting supervised practice and feedback, or preparing your portfolio!

If you are a new student fill out our New Student Form to get started.
Split the cost with a family friend! See below for more details.

  • Availability: Mondays and Tuesdays, varied availability available for other days.

  • Ages: 5+

Cynthia Bailey is a recent California transplant to Cincinnati. She earned a BFA in Animation/Illustration from San Jose State University back in 2020, and has participated in workshops and masterclasses from professionals at Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, and Netflix. Her freelance and commissioned work has included character, prop, and environment design for animation, as well as logo and cover design work for different projects.

However, her work as an educator reflects her roots in traditional fine art media as well as digital art. She has experience in curriculum development, and tailors her teaching to her students' specific needs. As a teacher, she hopes to guide students to become more aware of what kind of pieces resonate with them and to focus on developing the skills necessary to explore these areas. She's a firm believer that when students can have fun working with their art, it gives them a wealth of opportunities to grow in both skill and personal confidence.

When she's not working, she loves to experiment with her art, bake lots of sweets for family and friends, and explore new places around Cincinnati.
