Anne Berg has been teaching preschool music since 2024. She is certified in both Music Together and Suzuki Early Childhood Education. A classically- and jazz-trained flutist, she graduated from Bowling Green State University after studying with Suzanne Thierry. She has performed as a soloist, as well as part of small, chamber, and large ensembles. She has taught flute privately and in group settings for over 30 years. She has directed both high school and adult level flute choirs, and is a member of two performing flute choirs in the Cincinnati area. Her other musical interests include singing and experiencing music from many different cultures. She has studied Irish flutes, shakuhachi, bodhran, and gamelan. Her very favorite, though, is playing trios and duets with her sons: a violist, a bassist, and a cellist. 

Outside of music, you’ll find Anne trying new recipes, taking bike rides, reading, and knitting. She loves spending time with her husband and three sons, getting together with friends to play games and talk about books, and seeking out the best coffee shops in Cincinnati.
