About the Wyoming Fine Arts Center

Since its founding in 1995, the Wyoming Fine Arts Center has become one of this region’s premier community art centers. We offer more programs to more students than virtually any other center in Greater Cincinnati. And we believe our personal approach to each student’s success is what sets us apart.

Our Wish For Your Child

We know that children learn best when they’re excited, inspired, and eager to learn more. But not every great musician or artist is also a great teacher.

At the Wyoming Fine Arts Center, we choose our faculty very carefully, looking not only at their education but also their experience in teaching and working with children. We also keep our class sizes small, so teachers can get to know each child and what motivates them.

“When your kids come to our Center, we want them to be inspired.”

Milan Dukic, Executive Director

The Story Behind Our Elegant Center

The Wyoming Fine Arts Center is located in a beautifully restored 1850s home that served as the Wyoming Masonic Lodge for much of the 20th century.

In the 1990s, local businessman Paul Bartel purchased the lodge with the vision of creating a community arts center. After renovations to the building were completed in 1995, he opened it as the Wyoming Fine Arts Center.

Today, the Center touches the lives of nearly 1,000 people each week. It’s home to more than 40 teachers who offer dozens of classes in music, art and dance. In addition, organizations such as the Flying Cloud Academy of Vintage Dance, Cincinnati Civic Orchestra and Cincinnati Contra Dancers also use our facility as their home base for workshops, rehearsals, concerts and balls.

The Wyoming Fine Arts Center is a 501-(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organization whose mission is to foster appreciation and skills in the arts for children and adults of all ages and abilities.
