Musik Kids Program

The Musik Kids Program at the Wyoming Fine Arts Center offers a complete multi-year educational program, helping  infants, toddlers, and young children develop a deep love of music and the ability to express it through music-making, singing, and movement. Our curriculum, Musikgarten, is an internationally recognized leader in the area of early childhood education.

Parents come to most of the classes (until the child is 4 or 5). They take a break during the 2 years of Music Makers, and rejoin their child for the Keyboard Group Program, which is a three-year program of group piano that takes the children from playing by ear (two hands using chords)  to playing with written musical notation.

We have beautiful CDs of the songs sung in class, age-appropriate instruments, and parent guidebooks which are included with each class. These home materials reinforce lessons and involve the whole family in the fun.
