Facility Rental Policies

Fees and Deposits

Please contact Milan Dukic, Executive Director, or Lois Brown, Registrar, at (513) 948-1900, by email at registrar@musicartdance.org or by fax at (513) 948-1999. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

Set up/Clean up

Standard rental time is four hours, but additional time will be allotted for set up and clean up. The renter is responsible for complete set up and clean up of the space. A renter’s checklist is provided to assure proper clean up. Failure to comply with this checklist will result in clean up fees being charged.

Decorating

You are welcome to decorate the facility for your event. Candles, balloons, streamers, etc are acceptable as long as they are removed after the event. Although we do provide tables and chairs, we do not provide table linens.

Accessibility

The Center does not have an elevator. Handicapped accessibility is very limited.

Parking

Free parking is available in the public lot behind the building and also on Grove and Wyoming Avenues.

Smoking

The building and grounds are smoke-free. Anyone who cares to smoke must do so outside the building.

Liquor Use

If liquor/alcohol is served, the renter must supply evidence of $1,000,000 in liquor liability insurance naming the Wyoming Fine Arts Center as an additional named insured. A copy of the rider must be given to the office prior to the day of the event. Check with your insurance agent as soon as the date is verified. If you are selling liquor at the event, evidence of an Ohio State Liquor license must be submitted no later than one week before the event.

WINTER BREAK CAMPS!

New this season: Winter Break camp for ages 6-10, January 2-4.

Winter Wonderland Musical Theater production in the morning (9am-noon) and Winter-themed arts and crafts projects in the afternoon (1-3pm) .

This low-key, high-fun camp is designed for kids to enjoy and explore their creative side through attending either morning or afternoon sessions, or combining both for a full-day experience. Based on our popular summer camps, this 3-day session is sure to be a hit.
